Before my last year of teaching, we were not allowed to put students in the corner, hallway, or with their nose to the blackboard. Wouldn’t want to give the little darlin’s emotional scars.
Better that, then a rap some where on your body by a power crazed nun.
Could have been worse. At least he didn’t get spanked.
