    That looks deadly. I sometimes awake in the night with both nostrils plugged and struggling to breath. A taped mouth would be awful (it’s bad enough without the tape).

    I understand the old ‘partner is a loud snorer’ gag, but you aren’t considering it could be a symptom of an actual medical condition. This could be Sleep Apnea.

    My late husband had a very loud snore. I ended up purchasing a White Noise app on my phone, plugging it into the speaker of my alarm clock and turning it up loud enough to drown him out. I’m a very light sleeper and I still use the white noise to drown out the neighborhood sounds.

    Sleep apnea is dangerous. The machines are very quiet now and there are alternatives to the large mask. Plus I don’t spend the night worrying when he stops snoring. We both get better sleep!
