Thanks to being super short handed for the last two years my boss has promised me all the extra vacation time I want once i have a fully trained staff who are able to keep things running without my being around. Given i am having trouble replacing entry level staff at the moment and am currently bringing my 3rd assistant manager in 6 months up to speed I’m sure i will be able to take a few days off in 2026.
