The Calvin of the future didn’t do the work either.

Calvin obviously didn’t consult the great scientific literature on time travel: “Back to the Future”, “Hot Tub Time Machine”, etc. and learn not to meet a different version of himself or the universe explodes.

I hope Hobbes can give Hobbes a good answer!

These time machines are awesome when they work.

Might be wise to not presume too much on the future Calvin. But then, Dreaming’ is Free.

I recently claimed that this story arc would continue for two more weeks and finish in its fourth week. I have recently checked with “The Days Are Just Packed” and I see that I was wrong. This story arc continues through this week and next week but does not last into a fourth week. It is still one of my favourite story arcs. I was certainly right about us seeing Hobbes without Calvin in two separate strips of this story arc.

I still say their goggles make them look like they’re wearing those thick round-frame cartoon coke-bottle glasses… like Mr. Peabody and Sherman!

I always consider this to be the best time travel storyline.

What do you guys think of me doing an appropriate, kid friendly fanfic about Calvin and Hobbes?

If I remember my quantum physics correctly, traveling in time and touching yourself would convert both masses into energy and whoosh.. it will go.

Yes, Calvin and Hobbes are “reruns” but they seem to be as popular with new readers as they are with those reliving their younger years. I do appreciate how they seem to fit more into our current political climate than they did before especially Calvin explaining a young Donald Trump 10-15 years before anyone knew what a Donald Trump was….

Some “Calvin & Hobbes” fans would prefer the oldies but goodies, as for this misadventure, I’ll bet Calvin didn’t get his homework done.
