It gets me when people complain about remakes these days like its something new. Hollywood has been putting out remakes since the silent film era. Both “The Wizard of Oz” and “Tarzan” were originally made as silent films before becoming blockbusters in the 30’s. “The Maltese Falcon” was actually first made in the early 30’s and then remade less than ten years later with the Humphrey Bogart classic, just to name a few. These remakes are nothing new and will continue to be made as long as films are being produced, for good or bad.
