Toddaly forgot about that

… and it’s spelled “YHVH”. Think I know where some “new” parents got their ideas.

Jimmy Pesto Jr. wrote a song called “What if God’s name was Todd” on an episode of Bob’s Burgers.

Not sure that I get this. God lets them know that his name is actually Todd. They recall the Bibles, presumably to change God to Todd. This would only make sense if bibles said “Todd” now

Now at least I know one of the reasons why my Prayers have been unanswered.

And his enemy’s name is Neville.

I thought it was “Howard”. You know like “Who art in Heaven, Howard be thy name.”

Too blasphemous for my taste.

Random musings:

No real problem here, no need for a Bible recall. God is His job, Todd is His name. We refer to people by their job titles all the time: “Hey, the mailman was here. I have to call the plumber to fix that leak. I have an appointment with the doctor.” But all those people have names. Why should God be any different?

There are far bigger inconsistencies and problems with the Bible, but we’re not going to see a corrected edition issued anytime soon.

He’s God. He can change His name whenever He wants, and He can easily update all the Bibles in the world to reflect that change. No need to panic.
