Sweet tuna itself might be good, actually.

When I worked in San Francisco, I used to buy a sort of sweet, chewy, cuttlefish jerky from Japan that was great…

and I’ve had sweet dried salmon.

It’s the other stuff Agnes has been known to consider food, plus her lack of sanitation and…well… common sense… that would give me pause.

I don’t think I’ll be eating anything Agnes cooks any time soon…

and though it’s admittedly a factor, it’s not only because she’s a fictional cartoon character.

I’m with Trout. Actually, I’m ahead of Trout — I’d be running out of the room, not walking.

My daughter likes her tuna salad heated. It smells so gross! Thankfully she doesn’t get a hankering often. I use sweet gherkins in my salad, so I can see the sweetness portion of Agnes’ mess, but not the sugar of it.

Tuna with cheese: yes. Sweet tuna: no.
