It just means he receives lots of visitors.

A lazy plugger just shakes off the dirt on his Welcome mat and declares his whole house cleaned.

Just goes to show that the last Visitor had dirty shoes so the mat worked !

the rain will wash it off……

Must not live in Illinois or it would have been cleaned four days ago ! ! ! ! !

We have multiple mats, inside and out. Still have dirt getting tracked all over. Why yes, we have dogs. Why do you ask?

That is why they make boot scrapers.

Modern pluggers and farmers have mud rooms ; )

My mud room is my garage.

As it should be. That means it is doing its job. I also have one of those boot scraper mats. It’s not mud around here, usually sand.

WInamac, IN seems to provide a lot of plugger characteristics, which considering it’s size (or lack thereof) is rather astounding.

Pluggers take flack from wives when we muddy up the mud room….
