“Fancy a shag?”

Life is hard enough for rugs…

They can’t stand up for themselves…

At the best of times, people walk all over them.

You can tell that some get really knotted up…

In fact… it’s kinda TMI… but one occupational hazard they face is getting piles.

Another is getting hooked on various substances…. but usually only the smaller ones.

Rugs should be treated with kindness… they all have a roll to play.

But that green one is woolly mean…

The orange one’s self-esteem could be warped by his remarks.

The blue ones are floored…

They’re hoping he gets called on the carpet!

That’s a bit harsh.

Everyone walks (all) over you and wipes their feet on you – you’re such a doormat.

DON’T BELIEVE ANY OF THIS, PEOPLE! It’s well known that all rugs do is LIE!!

I hate when they ball up and ripple, though!

His mouth needs to be vacuumed out.

Had to look up what a jute rug was. Didn’t help the joke, lol.

Another trip to the Wiktionary to learn new stuff.
