IIRC that second panel didn’t look like that originally. I believe that Cho had to “fig leaf” it, but I can no longer find the site that had the originals.

It’s hard to believe that a group of wiener dogs could generate that much draft! Or that she’s a garter girl!

The garter is an excellent touch. I was fortunate enough to have been in undergrad college in the few years of very short skirts worn routinely with garters and hose; before pantyhose caught on and ruined the shows.
