Ah…exotic food…..my old friend who has turned into my enemy. I still remember the old days when I could eat hot salsa. Glad you two can still handle it. Doesn’t matter where you live as long as you can find the ingredients.
Had to look it up, of course. Sounds good, things might be more the same the world over than we think, sometimes. Except for the regional spices, it would feel at home among the casseroles at any midwestern potluck.
