I puzzled over this one when it ran in the newspaper. A typical flatbed overhead projector but with two cables, and an early Mac laptop. Didn’t quite get the setup then, and still wonder. Did Norm print transparencies for the presentation and the laptop was for his notes, or was there actually an OHP that could also project an image up into the prism?

view-master was a cool toy, but even before that they were serious adult tools to view your own developed pictures!
