    The young man must be new to the job.

    And to the whole town, too!!

    The ideal job has yet to be presented. That would be a mattress tester at “Layabouts ’R us”.

    I know the tune — “Whistle While You Work”. Does Andy know a tune “Whistle While You Layabout”?

    Black Pudding is actually rather nice. When we were on our cruise, you had to ask one of the chefs for black pudding at breakfast as they didn’t serve it in the buffet trays, I’m not sure why.

    @Afficionado

    Hey, Affie.

    Last night I was sniffling and sneezing, throat felt funny, had chills and had a bit of a fever through the night. However I slept really well. I thought it was my Hay Fever symptoms starting up so took an antihistamine.

    My fever has gone down now and I’ve been slowly drinking orange juice to soothe my throat. Lots of Vitamin C. Thankfully it doesn’t hurt when I swallow.

    I was going to meet up with a friend tomorrow but he texted me an hour ago and said he couldn’t make it after all because of college work that needs to be completed by 13th June. I really don’t understand why he can’t spare one hour of his time, I was going to be travelling to his town as well. If I’ve learnt anything in life, it’s to never rely on other people to make you happy.

    I’m not sure if you’ll answer this or not but do you ever buy anything from the Greengrocer van? I wish we had one!

    Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal.

    I’ve got an in-law like that. So friggin’ lazy he won’t even go pick up the boxes of food they give away at the churches.
