Hubby loved his maternal grandma’s oatmeal cookies. So I asked for the recipe. Hubby loved them and said they were just like Grandma’s. When I presented them to my Father in Law, he said they just didn’t taste like grandma’s cookies. I asked why. Grandma’s was made with love…… It was years before he admitted my cookies were just a good as Grandma’s.
