He almost has it right – you have to face the photos outward so everyone can see. But in all honesty as a long time office worker – I sort of never go the point doing this, per se. In that I mean I know they’re pictures of your cherished ones, memories, etc. but I find most people don’t really notice or comment on them. If nothing else at least make it more interesting – get one of those electronic picture frames that rotate through the pictures – they’re more interesting and entertaining.
