Pretty sure the blowtorch is overkill for that crib.
Also, it IS a crib—it’s not like it has a roof. So why not just bring Doug a stepping stool, or a grappling hook, so to climb out that way? Less use of resources, and less property damage overall, and less chance the parents will immediately realize how Doug got out in the first place.
