Mr Fox is clearly failing here as a father. Time to give Jason some advice about appropriate human interaction.

Before trapping the bugs, Jason should have prepunched the holes from the inside of the lid, making it easier for the bugs to find their way out.

More often, it’s very important to talk to your children as often as possible.

Does poking holes in jars lids let their inhabitants breathe easy?
