At least you’re aware enough that you can walk and not have to run to the restroom!
Dogs are a great exercise program: you WILL take us for a walk or we will bug you about it all day.
Been there. Doing that. (Actually it did not start until I was 58 and it still is twice a night.)
If you’re doing that at 50, you will need a catheter by the time you are 70.
Just got back from doing my ‘exercise’.
