A watered down version of the incident

Well, that’s an interesting tidbit, if not entirely unexpected with pirates… and the history of the Caribbean.

Atlantic Ocean – Area: 41,105,000 square miles

(The Pacific is 63.8 million sq mi, while the Indian Ocean ranks third at around 27 million.)

Of course for continuity’s sake, now you have to explain where in that Ocean a ship could be ice-locked all winter. Or possibly don’t think about such things too hard and just enjoy the adventures, hehe.
