Oh man… years ago when I was in Phoenix, I was crawling for several days till I could get to my GP. I’d torn the meniscus in my left knee. And that was the first of many surgeries sigh
This was me after major foot surgery. People got embarrassed; I was proud that I could get around so well on all 4s to go up/down stairs, or get somewhere I could lever myself up.

Actually I have to “squich” on my buttcause my knee can’t take any weight.
