Well, Disney just fired its TV content chairman. Maybe this is just about a few jobs in the entertainment industry. They like to think they’re the center of the world anyway.
Mixed with the many bad DC movies, there have been some good ones. If you skipped “Shazam,” it’s a lot of fun. “Aquaman” and the original “Wonder Woman” movie are both excellent. And about 30% of the Batman movies have been good. But no movie with Superman made in the last 40 years has been worth watching.
No, no. DC (and Marvel, both) are still proliferating sub-par movies like it was a business. I haven’t been to a theater in over 20 (30?) years, and have no intention to start going again. Anything worth seeing will eventually make to one of the streaming services.

I was just watching an old “Honest Trailer” of WONDER WOMAN 1984. It was a bad movie.

“The END is near.”
Near? It’s literally touching his rear-end. Can’t get any closer.

The end is always near for someone. Can’t always predict who. It’s just another way of saying ‘Life is short, get on with it.’

The end he refers to is his own, right on the other side of the sign.
