It’s absentminded wizard.

He looks like a wizard without arms.

So, he’s perfectly ’armless……………

Not quite evil. A little befuddled, perhaps.

Wiz isn’t evil…it’s his employer who is the evil one!

He’s evil because he doesn’t wear pants…

Well, from that angle the kid is looking up the wizard’s skirt. It probably isn’t what I think either.

We hear he is a whiz of a wiz

The Wizard of ID is one because

Because of the wonderful things he does?

Well that’s Not this guy…

He is evil, but only on occasion.

Not so sure about EVIL though……

Why is the third panel reminding me of “breaking bad”?

Well, he’s not Gandalf.

He’s dope.

He’s not an evil wizard. He’s a ‘dark’ wizard.

Wiz is not really evil at all. Sure, he can be sarcastic and erroneous, but deep down inside is eccentric, optimistic, dedicated, and good-natured.
