That sounds like a beef stew that my husband made once. It came out a rather gross shade of green. He tried adding food coloring to it, but it only made it worse. His father, he & I all kind of hesitated to try it…but when we did, it was the BEST-tasting beef stew any of us ever had!

Our dog Lucy has a 30 second rule . All food in the bowl must be eaten in 30 seconds ;-)
