Had to look up “recce”. Juicebruce is correct.

Pronounced REK-ky, it is short for “reconnaissance.” I hadn’t known that!

Recce? Have to look that up!

If not, I hope the water is nice and warm – around here, it certainly would be; it’s above 90 F at 9:30 AM (that’s 32.2 C, in case you wondered).
