I had a leaky faucet in my house in Fullerton, CA. The shutoff valves were rusted so badly, I couldn’t shut them off, so I had to turn the water off at the street – that leaked. A simple repair turned into a total plumbing replacement. For that I called a plumber and he called the City to get a new meter installed.

And that’s why Larry attempts to do the repairs himself. THEN he calls the pro.

After you turn the water off all the work is underneath the sink, and on your back, in the dark unless you get a good light.

Water leaks! That is why I don’t do plumbing.

It’s not like I don’t know how to do it. It’s just that between my knees, back and neck I just don’t bend that way any more.

Why show you that when you can find that out yourself. The first wrong you did was doing it yourself.

You can’t fix a leaky faucet. You replace it with a new one that will not leak for about three months. Oh yeah, and you hire a plumber to install it.
