Marmaduke sticking his head in the bag reminded me of one of our Rottweilers. I was drinking a cup of coffee and he was drooling, I held it down for him to sniff and he shoved his nose in it. Fortunately it wasn’t very hot but he didn’t like it and from then on, when he saw a coffee mug, he’d leave the kitchen.
Back in the day of station wagons and no leash laws, our standard poodle was known to steal groceries from the back windows of station wagons that left their window open.
