All the energy spent on worry has absolutely no effect on the outcome. It is a waste! Superstitions notwithstanding, the energy is better spent on making decisions. I would submit for your benefit the Alcoholics Anonymous Serenity Prayer: “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The strength to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference!” God Bless!

And, 90% of the things that happen, I don’t worry about. So, I do the right amount of worrying about all the wrong things.
