The mastery of characters’ basic facial expressions are taught in “Cartooning 101.” There are numerous charts that provide simple line drawings of this. Unless there is a form of Botox in Cartoon World, Aunty is stuck with her facial expressions — that in her case are quite limited, anyway.
BTW, her quip in today’s cartoon is already widely out there on tee-shirts and “inspirational” posters … Draw her flabbergasted!
