Seriously, it’s still daylight. Wait until just before midnight to set off a trio of M-80’s – then nothing more. Just enough to let the neighborhood know you care. It’s what mine do.

I know how he feels. People in our neighborhood have been setting off fireworks this whole week, even the bar!

Everyone on his street who own dogs likely are hoping he blows his hand off.
