Perhaps basic color theory for short attention spans? The colors of the rainbow after the flood. Clay sculpting. Creation. Or the mud after the flood. I’m stuck in a rut here. Bring one of dad’s shirts for a smock.
Now I want to know which VBS packet you did. Every themed & crafted snack our snack team created (from the package instructions, of course,) boggled my mind. And had me questioning rationale; the module-makers saw Peter walking on the water— the kids were, “Cool! Teddy Grahams with blue jello!” (snarf, snarf, snarf… are you going to eat that? are there extras?)
I did the childrens’ sermon once on the fishing scene. On one side there was an empty net bag, on the other side the net bag was full of cans of tunafish and bags of goldfish crackers for them to reel in. Pastor shook his head in dismay, and I donated all the food to the food pantry.

OH! That’s not arts. That’s crafts. You want a separate degree for that.

My mom would have no problem with that. Of course she was a pre school teacher so, I guess those skills come in to play

Cut up some fruit, give it to the kids and tell them to make their own boats! Interactive snack! :)

Give each kid half a cantaloupe filled with diced fruit with a sail of some kind. Mmmm, fruit.
