Mob is highly unionized: 2 guys tie them up; specialist pours the cement; once it is set, 2 other guys load them in a truck and deliver them to the docks; 2 more guys dolly them out to the dock itself; finally Big Louie and Squeaky Al toss them in the water—but Big Louie likes to tell jokes.
