Take your money from that bank and move to a credit union. You’ll be treated a lot better because the customers (you and the rest of the depositors) own the bank.
We had an awesome credit union in TN the one we have in MI sucks no more tellers – machines with people who talk to you via a screen hate it, but I hear from others that is the way of banking now NO customer service
