You can buy plenty of high calorie, low nutrition foods at the organic/ natural foods shops. Organic sandwich cookies have just as much sugar as Oreos™
Seriously, “health food” stores are now notorious for their “candy counters” near the registers. Most of the products have four or five different kinds of sugar, so they don’t have to list sugar as the first ingredient. Evaporated cane juice is still sugar. Not healthy.
They will also have a shampoo-cosmetics section with overpriced products having one “natural” ingredient featured prominently on the label in big letters, but way down on the list of ingredients. I remember the 70s when they at least bothered to hire healthy-looking staff. :)

I came across a jar of organic ‘natural’ peanut butter. It must be good. $13 for a small jar.

Signs can say anything … but where’s the proof it’s natural or organic.
