I’ve been retired almost seven years… I don’t pay tax anymore… I’m on retirement benefit… His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs… in their infinite wisdom… have decided that THEY OWE ME a refund… It’s only £16.60… but it’s better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick… I’ll try not to spend it all in the same place…
