He scraped by calculus.

He has a plethora of plaques. He has the plaque plague.

It’s a plague of plaques.

when you spit into the little bowl, the content is collected and fermented under the Dentist office. This is where Tartar sauce comes from. :)

He has a knack for plaque and he does not lack for plaques.
