This heat is too much for a boy and his dog!!

Plant some trees and put on it the hose!

What a pair, giggle.

The heat is too much for my Rugby. Garden hose and shorter walks. If we are lucky, we get to Swanzey Lake, he loves that.

It’s so hot, I saw the devil hitchhiking north with a sign that said “Fairbanks”…

F’cryin’ out loud—if it’s so hot, why don’t they just go inside??

Unless Red’s mother is like Calvin’s and threw him out bodily!!

Keep hydrated guys…….

It’s hot here in SoCal, too! But not as hot as it could be. We haven’t reached our Summer limits yet, lol! Love to my little darlings!

Upper Illinois here. We’ve gotten a bit of a reprieve on the heat, but we’re headed into our hottest time of the year, namely 7/15 to 8/15-21, (depending on exact conditions). Temps definitely over 85° & likely 90°+ & then we start adding super-high humidity because of “corn sweat” from the corn fields starting their drying out process. Last year, it was almost 9/21, before we dropped into the 70°s.

It is tough looking at Lake Meade.

Time to crank up the lawn sprinkler.

I was born and raised in northern Illinois and summer meant your sneakers would stick to the roads. Never went barefoot, except at the “beach”.

Get in the pool!

It’s so hot that the eggs in each nest came to a boil and drove the fox out of the henhouse!

Garden hose? Sprinkler? Bucket of water? Spray bottle of water? Shade tree?

How HOT is it???

It’s so hot that squirrels are roasting their nuts on the sidewalk and birds are using potholders to handle their worms.
