It would be nice if all the people who are using this as a soapbox to pontificate on sexual-harassment would just stop reading the strip. Or at least stop commenting. We don’t need your holier than thou scolding.

I never liked these much. All I can hear in my head is “If this were a guy doing it to a girl you’d never hear the end of it.”

So, Toma, first I want to put a few statements

1. Cause and Effect. Every cause has an effect. Every action has a consequence. Let’s look at this on an atomic level. Every breath, push, has a cause, and the breath is the effect. When we go to the beginning, there has to be a cause, but it is the first cause, and not an effect. God, being supernatural, fits that description.

I hate Kim why can’t she just leave the comic strips

Kim is an abuser and not at all funny to the comic. Please, Mr. Peirce, Kim does not need to be in the strip anymore.

The storylines involving Kim and her complete disregard of Nate’s protests are alarming. The “Me Too” movement has begun to touch on the fact that male have to deal with their consent being ignored. My male child had a similar problem with an aggressively amorous female in middle school. Much like Nate his protests were ignored. When he told a teacher it was dismissed as “puppy love” and was basically told it was “cute”. After she put her hands down his shorts and before I could contact the school his older sister stepped in and unfortunately used violence to resolve the issue. Please find another way to show Kim’s crush on Nate, or better yet show her receiving consequences for her actions.

Can .. can we please stop with the Wacky Harassment? Please? Kim even got into the tv show somehow. Like.. why? Coach John didn’t.. I think. (Or rather HOPE), they left that dated unfunny gag off. Look sometimes i’m wordy and explain my points deeply.. and sometimes a gag is just outdated harassment that’s somehow STILL going.

Sometimes the horoscope is true Nate, so give it a read before you leave the house, just in case!
