You better moooooooooove and get that ball back to the infield.

Today grazing in centerfield is…

Hey cow! You don’t have to eat fresh grass. You can just chew during the game. That’s what many in baseball traditionally have done.

You don’t have to be distracted putting chew into your mouth with your hoof. And you don’t have to mess with spitting anything out. Just bring some cud up from one of your stomach compartments, chew it, then swallow it back down – and repeat.

Remember, it’s always greener on the far side of that fence.

HA! I remember Cleveland Indians Manny Ramirez, a rookie, was in outfield and during the games he would be swatting at the bugs….too funny.

He’d be better suited to basketball. In Chicago, perhaps.

Reminds me of my childhood. We played on a “new field” which had at one time been a dump. Stick a kid out in right field, where nobody ever hits a ball, and expect him to stay focused! I spent each inning digging up bottle caps with my cleats.

Might want to switch to chewing tobacco

There are several stadiums with some type of artificial grass. Perhaps he should play home games in one of them?

And that is why cows do not make good outfielders.
