Our Furry Overlord, Piemurr, thought it would be fun & companionable to join me in my (very mildly) aerobic exercises…until he got yeeted across the room by my not seeing him & doing a forward kick!!! Didn’t hurt him, he came right back to make sure I was okay & kept “helping”. But he watched from the sofa after that.
I tried yoga on a vacation once. It was okay and not all that difficult but, other than pride in my ability to match the young girls teaching the class, I didn’t really feel the burn, or whatever.

It’s not yoga, but I have a series of floor stretches I do for my back
3 of our 4 cats have decided I need help, at least one of them joins me as soon as I lay down on the floor

Yoga? I thought it was going to be the Sonny Corleone like dance one performs after stepping on a paw or tail.

I don’t recall a yoga pose where you’re licking yourself.
