I know I am. And I truly recognize the poor dog’s posture.

Well, not everyone. Otherwise there would be no math teachers or professors to torture you until age 18 or 22 or whatever.

I’ve been flummoxed a few times by math, even nonplussed once, but never befuddled.

Yep to a dog, math is almost as bad as when some human pretends to throw the ball.

Dogs get math. Try giving your dog one treat at 7p and another at 8p for a long time and then try to drop the 8p. Or give two treats at once for a long time, then drop it to one. Give one dog a treat and the other two. Always go around the block 3 times, and then cut it to one. Even if a little of puppies is large, mama dogs know if one is missing. They do know, and they don’t want change in their math, either!

Is that a print of a Winslow Homer painting on the wall to the right? The one on the left could be a Constable.

No, not everyone. For some, math makes complete sense and is fun.
