I wake up so groggy that I can walk with my neighbor for over an hour and not remember anything we said. I have always woken up groggy as far as I can remember. I sleep until I wake up naturally, so I don’t get it.
That’s the good thing about retirement, you can stay in bed until you can’t sleep anymore. Sorry to rub it in on you poor working stiff.
