 Interesting Observations about the Bible

Just keep in mind, the average birthrate in America is ~ 1.8 children per woman (that’s below replacement levels), while for the Amish, it 6 kids per woman. In 200 years, everybody in America is going to be Amish.

This latest obsessive effort by Danae reminds me of that period during the 1960s when young Ministers and Priests donned casual sweaters, sang and played guitars, attempting to “reach” the urban young people. Such books appeared as:

Will Danae eventually turn into a contemporary Jesus Freak?

You know I’ve read the Bible cover to cover several times, at least 3 different translations, and I don’t remember ever actually reading about the Tower of Babel in the bible, despite hearing it referenced as a Bible story. Could some please provide me with the book it is in so i can determine if my memory is faulty or not.

The secular Culture has been working to destroy the Bible since its inception. Wiley is no different.

People always put themselves as their own God and try to re-write scripture to suit their lives.

That is because we are fallen creatures in need of redemption.

The Tower of Babel story is a classic example of this, and here in this strip it is again being extolled.Taking the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and evil was another example of a person tryng to be like God. Genesis 3:5 "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Wiley continues to work to destroy Christianity and God. Just as he does truth.

It’s okay Wiley, God Still loves you. Repent and be saved.

If you debate the meaning of every word in the Bible (like the Pharisees did in Jesus’ day) you miss the meaning of THE WORD.

I think I know how the Tower of Bable legend got started. It was the first construction project that got so big it had to be organized into subprojects. Over the years each subproject group developed their own jargon until they could no longer speak to each other.

I’m waiting for my building permit to be OKed. Hope I got it right.

If for some reason you feel the species should continue, you must realize there has to be a negative birth rate. No need to replace the current number. We will drown in our own poison shortly if something isn’t done. Science will not come up with some magical solution to unlimited growth. Just the facts.
