our landlord has been planning to rebuild his garage for what seems like two decades now and his contractor also has a quirky schedule – only sundays or very early in the morning. over the past couple weeks they’ve finally managed to demolish the former rusting sheet metal shack, spread gravel, and erect frames for the concrete foundation. at this rate, it’ll only be two or three years before his new garage is completed…
