That’s why smart towns set up a boardwalk back from the beach to keep vendors from occupying valuable sand space. Of course, Pismo Beach overdid it with an elevated boardwalk that spoils the view.
No Vero, those are homeless people’s tents. This is based in L.A. right?
Thought it was an oil spill in the sand, which would also be relevant.
