    There’s nothing “advanced” about a development with a parking lot. Aesthetically grotesque and completely wasteful. The overabundance of surface parking lots is the chief reason that there’s so much truth to the old adage, “suburban is to urban as substandard is to standard.”

    Paving paradise to put in a parking lot. They start young now.
