MY “huge contract” was replacing the windows I broke with my throws.
The Record and the American in Boston, which merged into the Record-American (surprise!). There were probably 3 or 4 more in Boston during the heyday.
Back in the day when I had a paper route I quickly learned not all customers weretrust worthy. Some tried to dodge paying with phony excuses.
When you break the story down, you wonder if he even had a paper route.
