And Melvin blends in so nicely nobody even noticed him.

Noooooooooooo! Why is he back?!!

I thought for sure Melvin’s return, when it happened, was going to a story arc unto itself with all sorts of mystery, action and adventure.

I missed Melvin. He reminds me (physically only) of someone I used to work with.
