To evoke that “conditioned response”, a coffee shop could also put the backward spelling outside. But wait, then one would become conditioned to seeing “Coffee” spelled the right way round from the inside and you’d have to change it back.

Hmmm, maybe it would work better with “osserpsE”?

Many Bizzaro panels take place inside a tattoo parlor, but sometimes the word “TATTOO” is shown frontwards in the window. Maybe someone should open a place called “OOTTATTOO” so this would be correct.
