Can tomatoes and add a few herbs for soups and chilis this fall and winter.

Can you add 4 slices of crispy bacon to that sandwich?

That happens with Tomatoes !

You either have a couple one year, or way to many the next. Never a happy medium.

I used to take tomato and cream cheese sandwiches to the beach. Delicious!

Good timing. They’re talking about a tomato shortage this year.

2 years ago I had the same problem. I blended them and boiled them and jarred quite a bit of tomato sauce.

Is this similar to Spam, spam, and spam with spam?

Next week it sill be zucchini sandwiches.

Try some yummy variations of salads. Taco salads can be very varied.

and if you think that’s bad… the zucchinis could fill a silo

When we lived in Mississippi we grew Burpee Beefsteak tomatoes. Delicious, haven’t had a decent tomato in 30 years. Store bought just don’t taste like home grown.

The tomatoes will be flying out of that sandwich when he tries to take the first bite!

I used to harvest a load of tomatoes every year. Then the blight came down the Fraser Valley and every tomato got wiped out year after year. Finally a lot of us just gave up!
