They are widening a local highway here. The gang graffiti is on the abutments before the bridge beams are set.
The ones I think I got are:
“Cows Rule!”, “Bluto was here”, “I ❤️ Snoopy”, “ZARO”, “Me(?) FLEEK!”, “☮️”, “Down with Mangoes!”, “BURP”, “Mamet is a dumb fat jerk”, “SweatHogs”, and “For an OK time, call (illegible)”.
Not to mention a Pokemon ball.
